The trial process is designed around a small machine-bound request file generated by FileSafe. The protected server itself does not need direct Internet access.

30-Day evaluation workflow

  1. Install FileSafe Enterprise on the protected server.
  2. Use FileSafe to generate its offline licence request JSON file.
  3. Copy the small request file to an Internet-connected device.
  4. Open the FileSafe Trial Portal and upload the request file.
  5. Download the generated signed 30-day trial licence file.
  6. Copy the signed licence back to the server and import it into FileSafe.
