1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, installing, registering for, or using GOLD BOT X, BotEngine AI, the client dashboard, admin dashboard, Expert Advisor, server APIs, license services, payment links, or any related tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the software, dashboards, license keys, server systems, signals, or any related services.

2. Important Trading Risk Disclosure

Automated trading does not remove market risk. Market volatility, spreads, slippage, broker execution, liquidity, internet issues, VPS problems, platform errors, and server interruptions can affect trading results.

You confirm that you understand the risks and that you are fully responsible for your trading account, capital, broker selection, lot size, leverage, and financial decisions.

3. No Financial Advice

GOLD BOT X and BotEngine AI do not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or portfolio advice. All automation, signals, dashboards, alerts, AI analysis, and server commands are provided as technology tools only.

Any decision to use the system on demo or live trading accounts is made solely by the client.

4. Eligibility and Client Responsibility

By using GOLD BOT X, you confirm that:

• You are legally allowed to trade in your country or jurisdiction.
• You understand the risks of leveraged trading.
• You will not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
• You will monitor your account and system performance responsibly.
• You will keep your MT5 account, broker access, email, and dashboard credentials secure.

5. License Usage Rules

Each GOLD BOT X license is issued for approved use only and may be restricted by account number, broker, symbol, account type, license status, expiry period, payment status, or server-side validation.

You must not:

• Share, resell, rent, transfer, or distribute your license key.
• Reverse engineer, copy, decompile, modify, or bypass the Expert Advisor or server logic.
• Attempt to manipulate license validation, profit reporting, account tracking, or payment controls.
• Use the software for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.

6. Demo and Live Account Access

Demo access may be provided for testing and evaluation. Live account access may require manual approval, account verification, client acceptance of these Terms, and completion of any required commercial process.

GOLD BOT X reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate demo or live licenses at any time for risk, abuse, technical, legal, or commercial reasons.

7. Profit Share, Renewal, and Payment Policy

The commercial model may include a profit-based renewal or service fee. The current structure may include a renewal or service payment calculated as a percentage of realized trading profit, including up to 20% of profit depending on the approved license type and commercial agreement.

Profit calculations may be based on reported trading activity, account history, server records, license records, capital-at-installation records, dashboard information, or other available verification methods.

Failure to complete required payment, renewal, verification, or profit-share obligations may result in license restriction, suspension, or termination.

8. Capital Recording and Profit Synchronization

The system may record capital amount, account number, broker name, license status, account type, realized profit/loss, installation time, last seen time, and other technical details for license validation, security, commercial tracking, and support.

Attempts to uninstall, reinstall, reset, bypass, or manipulate the system to avoid payment, renewal, or tracking obligations may lead to immediate suspension.

9. Server, TradingView, Broker, and MT5 Dependency

GOLD BOT X may depend on MetaTrader 5, broker execution, TradingView alerts, Google Cloud infrastructure, internet connectivity, VPS stability, APIs, databases, payment processors, and third-party services.

We aim to maintain stable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, constant signal delivery, fixed profit, or fixed trading performance.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of software, licensing, server access, and automated trading systems, payments may be non-refundable once license access, renewal, activation, dashboard access, or payment processing is completed.

Refund eligibility, if any, is reviewed case by case and may be denied where there is usage, profit, abuse, violation of Terms, incorrect setup by the client, broker issue, market loss, or third-party failure.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

GOLD BOT X may suspend or terminate access if:

• The client violates these Terms.
• Payment or renewal obligations are not completed.
• Fraud, abuse, manipulation, or unauthorized sharing is suspected.
• Technical or legal risk is detected.
• The client uses unsupported symbols, brokers, account types, or unsafe settings.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOLD BOT X, BotEngine AI, developers, owners, partners, affiliates, contractors, and service providers are not liable for trading losses, capital loss, missed profits, broker errors, payment processor issues, server downtime, MT5 issues, TradingView delays, third-party failures, indirect damages, or consequential losses.

The client accepts full responsibility for all trading activity and account results.

13. Intellectual Property

All GOLD BOT X software, Expert Advisor logic, source code, dashboards, APIs, server systems, branding, designs, texts, processes, signals, trading logic, license systems, and related materials remain the intellectual property of GOLD BOT X / BotEngine AI.

14. Privacy and Data Usage

The system may collect and process information including name, email, phone number, country, account number, broker, account type, license key, IP address, device/browser information, MT5 status, profit reports, payment status, and support records.

This information is used for license validation, fraud prevention, technical support, payment tracking, commercial operation, and system improvement.

15. Client Setup Requirements

The client is responsible for:

• Installing the correct MT5 Expert Advisor file.
• Allowing required WebRequest URLs inside MetaTrader 5.
• Using the approved license key and account number.
• Maintaining internet/VPS stability.
• Monitoring open trades and account risk.
• Using appropriate lot size and risk settings.

16. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of GOLD BOT X after updates means that you accept the latest version of the Terms.

17. Governing Terms and Dispute Handling

Any dispute, concern, payment issue, or support matter should first be reported to GOLD BOT X / BotEngine AI support for review. Access may remain restricted while disputes, verification, or payment issues are under review.
